In-stock items are packaged and shipped within 2-5 days after purchase. Pre-order items can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to ship depending on the pre-order period and my suppliers' schedules. The shipping estimate at checkout shows how long shipping will take after I receive it from my supplier. You will receive an email when I ship your item. If there is an issue with your package, I will contact you via the email given at checkout.
Standard shipping costs roughly 15$ worldwide with no tracking, and 17$ worldwide with tracking. I ship almost everywhere in the world. I will not ship to Israel.
Shipping is done primarily through Canada Post to remain cost-effective for everyone. Due to the ongoing rotating strike, there are major delays with every type of delivery.
Please note if you live in the USA, tariff costs and customs fees are included in the shipping cost.
If your package is lost in the mail, please contact the shipping company first and follow their procedure for lost packages.
